I very much enjoyed lunch here today. They had a Sunday brunch but I had a mole taco which was on a homemade corn tortilla …. YUM! and an asada sope and a frozen house margarita. Everything was phenomenal.
Honestly, this is the only place I get 10/10 service, food & atmosphere. The food is always amazing especially the fried chicken tacos. I will forever recommend this spot & especially this location.
We went for taco Tuesday and everything was seriously delicious, we did have a 30 minute wait but it went by pretty fast. They had 2 tacos even steak and shrimp were 2 and 4 house shots, I do wish they had a special on their margaritas but overall everything was good! They even gave you complimentary chips & salsa upon arrival. I will definitely come back to this cute little place. Reminded me of being back in Mexico only thing missing was the beach!
Overall, i had great experience and great tasting food. Everything came out perfect and pretty fast. Price was decent and very friendly servers. There’s family friendly live music and very cozy atmosphere. I would definitely come back and recommend others to try it out.
Had a delicious margarita. The fish taco was the best of the 3 that I tried. The shrimp taco was good, too, but as you can see from the picture, not much else was in the taco. The fried chicken taco was flavored but too hard. The ingredients tasted fresh. Service was good; it was a slow night. The server recommended the handmade corn tortilla, and it did not disappoint. I would come back especially for the fish taco and the margarita.
Incredibly fresh and authentic! The tacos are outstanding with house made corn tortillas! The steak is always cooked to perfection! Consistently terrific and reasonably priced!
A great hidden Mexican restaurant. We were seated promptly. And the salsa and chips were great. Salsa is a bit spicier than most places but I liked that. Their pulled chicken burrito was perfect size. I liked the chicken didn't have large clumps of peppers and onions. Served with rice and beans. And their margaritas have quite the kick :) definitely didn't skimp on the tequila. Our whole party was pleased with their experience. Our server was very attentive and quick. He never left our drinks go dry. We will definitely be back
The best and most authentic mole I have ever had, hands down (please be aware that authentic mole is not necessarily the mole you have had before though, but it's worth the adjustment). Oaxaca has an amazing, must-try Tilapia and shrimp dish as well. Their chilaquiles are also amazing; get them spicy with red sauce and over-easy egg and you won't be disappointed. Generally everything on their menu is amazing. I go here for my birthday every year, ever since discovering this to be the best Mexican food in the greater Gwinnett area. It's up-scale Mexican at hole-in-the-wall prices with the most delicious salsas. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
